Fantagio（韓語：판타지오）是一家韓國綜合娛樂公司，事業領域包括藝人企劃、唱片製作、海外公演、電影及電視劇製作等。

发展

2008年由韓國Sidus HQ投資成立，前稱「NOA娛樂」（Network Of Asia），後於2011年更名為「Fantagio」，是結合「Fantasy」、「Origin」的意思[1]。

2017年12月28日，創辦人羅丙俊被持有50.07%股份的最大股東中國金誠集團單方面辭退，執行中方代表理事單獨管理體制。[2][3][4]

2018年1月25日，羅丙俊宣佈正式請辭。3月16日，羅丙俊公佈成立STARDIUM經紀公司。[5][6]

2020年4月，L&A Holdings從Fantagio的中國籍最大股東Gold Finance Korea（金誠集團子公司）手中收購股份，成為Fantagio的最大股東。[7][8]
