阿富汗-俄羅斯關係（俄语：Российско-афганские отношения）是阿富汗和俄羅斯國家之間的關係。這些關係獨立於自1840年以來俄羅斯與英國在阿富汗問題上的對抗所組成的“大博弈”。[1]1921年2月28日，阿富汗和蘇俄簽訂了友好條約。[2]蘇聯是1919年第三次英阿戰爭後第一個承認阿富汗獨立的國家。[3]

二戰後，阿富汗與蘇聯建立了友好關係，後者為阿富汗提供了大量援助和發展。兩國於1978年簽署了友好條約，次年，蘇聯以333風暴行動干預阿富汗。這一行動引發了大多數穆斯林世界的負面反應，認為這是一次入侵，並導致阿富汗繁榮的衰落和該國激進分子的加強。俄羅斯支持的阿富汗政府於1992年垮台。然而，在衝突後的幾年裡，俄阿關係有所改善。俄羅斯現在在喀布爾設有大使館，在馬扎里沙裡夫設有總領事館，阿富汗在莫斯科設有大使館。

阿富汗也是2014年承認俄羅斯聯邦吞併克里米亞的國家之一。
