满月蛤科（學名：Lucinidae），又名月蛤科[1]。 舊屬簾蛤目，今屬滿月蛤目，皆為在海水生活的雙殼綱軟體動物。

生態

本科物種的一大特色，是其多個物種均與一種能將硫氧化的細菌共生[2]。

分類

本科大致可以分為七個亞科[3]；當中尚有部分物種其亞科地位未定。

白球蛤亞科得名於2005年才從原無齒蛤屬分辨出來的白球蛤屬（Leucosphaera）[2]。下領11個屬，當中近半是2005年之後才建立的。茲詳列如下[6]：
