切尔尼戈夫（烏克蘭語：Чернігів，羅馬化：Chernihiv，發音：[tʃerˈn⁽ʲ⁾iɦiu̯] （ⓘ）；俄语：Чернигов，羅馬化：Chernigov，發音：[tɕɪrˈnʲiɡəf]），又按乌克兰语名译为切尔尼希夫[1][2][註 1]，是乌克兰北部城市及市镇（市镇与城市的范围相同），切尔尼戈夫州的首府及切爾尼戈夫區的行政中心。人口数量为285,234人（2021年普查数据）[4]。2022年俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭期間，被授予烏克蘭英雄城市的稱號。
