《全賴有你夏日精選》是張國榮的第一張精選專輯。收錄了兩首新歌〈全賴有你〉，〈留住昨天〉以及華星時期的首四張大碟中的一些流行金曲。並重新灌錄了〈風繼續吹〉及〈默默向上游〉兩首舊歌、戀愛交叉降了半調、一片痴更移除了部份鼓聲及和聲。

專輯介紹

經過兩年歷練，當時張國榮的人氣已攀升到一個高位，容光煥發的他加上天時地利人和配合，造就了除年前在泰國首個演唱會後，1985年8月2日至11日首次在香港紅館舉行10場演唱會！在唱片公司各方面的宣傳下，不但推出《全賴有你》新曲加精選，還首次推出一本《張國榮演唱會專集》為演唱會造勢，獲得策略上的成功。他亦重新演譯一些他認為較稚氣的歌曲，其中默默向上游中的「鼓手」被改為更符合自己身份的「歌手」。

軼事

東亞唱片於2016年3月15日發行此專輯的復刻版SACD[1]，聲稱此專輯是跟隨原母帶的相位的。但隨即有歌迷發現SACD版本中所有歌曲（戀愛交叉除外）並非使用1985年的重新演繹或混音版本，而是東併西湊地使用了原版音頻，遭廣大樂迷詬病，質疑東亞唱片聲稱此專輯是跟隨原母帶的相位的真實性[2]。
