Vincent của Đan Mạch,[1] Bá tước của Monpezat (tên đầy đủ là Vincent Frederik Minik Alexander, sinh ngày 8 tháng 1 năm 2011) là người con thứ ba của Frederik X của Đan Mạch và Mary Donaldson, và là cháu trai nhỏ nhất của Nữ vương Margrethe II và Vương tế Henri của Đan Mạch. Vương tử đồng thời cũng là anh trai song sinh của Vương nữ Josephine.[2] Cậu hiện đang xếp thứ 3 trong dòng kế vị ngai vàng của Vương quốc Đan Mạch, sau chị gái là Vương nữ Isabella.

Sinh và rửa tội

21 phát đại bác được bắn ra tại Lâu đài Kronborg để chào mừng sự ra đời của Vương tử Vincent và Vương nữ Josephine

Vương tôn Vincent chào đời vào lúc 10:30 giờ địa phương, ngày 8 tháng 1 năm 2011 tại Rigshospitalet thuộc Bệnh viện Đại học Copenhagen ở thủ đô Copenhagen của Đan Mạch. Cậu ra đời trước cô em gái song sinh 26 phút, cân nặng 2,674 kg và dài 47 cm.[1] Sau khi Vương tôn ra đời, Thái tử Frederik đã gọi vui cậu là Elvis, vì cậu sinh ra vào đúng ngày sinh nhật của "Ông vua nhạc Rock'n Roll" Elvis Presley.[3] Vào buổi trưa cùng ngày, 21 phát đại bác đã được khẩu đội pháo Sixtus bắn ra tại căn cứ hải quân Holmen ở Copenhagen cũng như tại Lâu đài Kronborg ở phía bắc Sjælland để đánh dấu sự kiện hoàng gia này.

Vương tôn Vincent và em gái song sinh được rửa tội vào ngày 14 tháng 4 năm 2011 tại Nhà nguyện của Nhà thờ Holmen[4] bởi Đức Giám mục Erik Norman Svendsen. Nhà thờ Holmen chính là nơi đã diễn ra lễ cưới của Nữ vương Margrethe II và Vương tế Henri vào năm 1967.[5] Cha mẹ đỡ đầu của cậu là John Stuart Donaldson (cậu của Vương tôn), Thái tử của Tây Ban Nha, Công tước kế vị của Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg, Bá tước Michael Ahlefeldt-Laurvig-Bille, Nữ Nam tước Helle Reedtz-Thott và Caroline Heering (phù dâu của Trữ phi Mary trong lễ cưới với Thái tử Frederik).

Đặt tên

Vương tử được đặt tên thánh đầy đủ là Vincent Frederik Minik Alexander.[6]

  • Vincent: tên gọi có nguồn gốc từ tiếng Pháp
  • Frederik: đặt theo tên của cha cậu là Quốc vương Frederik X
  • Minik: tên gọi có nguồn gốc từ Greenland, vùng đất yêu thích của Quốc vương Frederik X
  • Alexander: đặt theo tên của ông cố của Vương hậu Mary là Alexander Donaldson

Vị trí kế vị theo Hiến pháp

Năm 2009, Hiến pháp Đan Mạch quy định về Luật Kế vị đã bị thay đổi; theo đó, con trưởng của Quốc vương Đan Mạch, không phân biệt là nam hay nữ, đều sẽ được ưu tiên trong dòng kế vị ngai vàng Đan Mạch. Lúc trước, theo Luật Kế vị cũ thì trong dòng kế vị ngai vàng Đan Mạch, Vương tử Vincent sẽ được xếp trước chị gái của mình là Isabella. Tuy nhiên, theo Luật Kế vị mới thì Vương nữ Isabella vẫn có quyền kế vị tương tự như Vương tử, cho nên vị trí của Vương nữ Isabella trong danh sách kế vị ngai vàng sẽ được đôn lên đứng trước Vương tử Vincent.

Bên cạnh đó, do là hậu duệ của Nữ vương Victoria của Anh nên Vương tôn Vincent cũng đồng thời được xếp vào danh sách kế vị ngai vàng của Vương quốc Anh và Khối thịnh vượng chung.[7] Do sự khác nhau về Luật Kế vị giữa hai vương quốc nên trong danh sách kế vị này, Vương tử Vincent được xếp đứng trước Vương nữ Isabella.

Nhiệm vụ vương thất

Ngày 3 tháng 8 năm 2014, trong chuyến thăm chính thức của gia đình Vương thất đến Greenland, Vương tử Vincent cùng với cha mẹ và các anh chị em đã tham gia trồng cây tại khu rừng Ivalos og Miniks Poppellund ở Qaqortoq. Tên của khu rừng được đặt theo tên đệm của Vương tử Vincent và Vương nữ Josephine là Minik và Ivalo.
