Vương tôn nữ Désirée, Nam tước phu nhân Silfverschiöld (tên đầy đủ là Désirée Elisabeth Sibylla, sinh ngày 2 tháng 6 năm 1938 tại Cung điện Haga, ngoài Stockholm) là con thứ ba của Vương tôn Gustaf Adolf, Công tước Västerbotten và phu nhân Sibylla, và là cháu gái của vua Gustaf VI Adolf của Thụy Điển. Tên của bà được đặt theo tên của Vương hậu Désirée Clary của Thụy Điển và Công nữ Sibylla - mẹ của bà. Anh trai của bà là vua Carl XVI Gustaf của Thụy Điển.

Vương tôn nữ đã lớn lên tại Cung điện Haga với những chị em của bà, và thường được gọi là Vương tôn nữ Haga.

Hôn nhân

Bà mất vị trí vương gia khi kết hôn với Nam tước Nils August Silfverschiöld, một cuộc hôn nhân không môn đăng hộ đối vào năm 1964. Từ đó bà được gọi là Vương tôn nữ Désirée, Nam Tước phu nhân Silfverschiöld. Họ có với nhau 3 người con.

  1. Nam tước Carl Otto Edmund Silfverschiöld (sinh ngày 22 tháng 3 năm 1965 tại Göteborg). Kết hôn trong sự hiện diện của gia đình Hoàng gia vào năm 2005 với Maria Fredriksson (sinh ngày 12 tháng 4 năm 1965 tại Slottsstaden, Malmö) và có một con gái.
  2. Nữ Nam tước Kristina-Louisa Ewa Madeleine Silfverschiöld (sinh ngày 29 tháng 9 năm 1966 tại Göteborg). Kết hôn với Nam tước Hans de Geer xứ Finspång (sinh ngày 26 tháng 1 năm 1963 tại Stockholm) và có ba người con.
  3. Nữ Nam tước Hélène Ingeborg Sibylla Silfverschiöld (sinh ngày 20 tháng 9 năm 1968 tại Göteborg). Bà từng là một phù dâu tại đám cưới của Vua Carl XVI Gustaf của Thụy Điển và Silvia, Vương hậu Thụy Điển vào năm 1976, và trong cùng năm đó là phù dâu trong đám cưới của Vương tử Bertil, Công tước xứ Halland với Lillian May Davies - mẹ đỡ đầu của Hélène.[1]

Vương tôn nữ Désirée sống tại một ngôi nhà của gia đình Silfvershiöld thuộc Lâu đài Koberg và Lâu đài Gasevadholm ở Halland.[2] Bà thường xuất hiện trong các sự kiện của Hoàng gia Thụy Điển. Vương tôn nữ Désirée và Nam tước Silfverschiöld cũng thường được mời tham dự các buổi gặp mặt và dạ hội ở Thụy Điển.

Năm 2010, bà và gia đình được mời đến tham dự lễ cưới của Thái nữ Victoria và Daniel Westling.[3] Vương tôn nữ Désirée, Bà Nam tước Silfverschiöld đồng thời cũng chính là mẹ đỡ đầu của Thái nữ Victoria.
