زندگی کی صلاحیتیں

زندگی کی صلاحیتیں ایک اصطلاح ہے جس کا اطلاق ماحول کے مطابق خود دھالنے اور مثبت رویہ اپنانے پر ہوتا ہے جو انسانوں کو زندگی کے مطالبات اور مشکل صورت حال کو مؤثر انداز سے پیش آنے مدد کرنے والی قابلیتوں پر ہوتا ہے۔[1] یہ موضوع سماجی طور طریقوں اور توقعات کی روشنی میں مختلف انداز میں بیان کیا گیا ہے۔ ایسی صلاحیتیں جو خوش حالی کی کارکردگی اور افراد کو برادری کے افعال اور تعمیری ارکان بننے میں معاون ہیں زندگی کی صلاحیتیں سمجھی جاتی ہیں، حالا ں کہ یونیسیف کا تجزیہ دفتر یہ کہ چکا ہے کہ نفسیاتی صلاحیتوں کی "کوئی مخصوص فہرست نہیں ہے۔"[2]
