Искәндәр Вәлиев, Искәндәр Габдрахман улы Вәлиев (24 декабрь 1911(1911-12-24), Мулла — 13 июнь 2001(2001-06-13) (89 яшь), Казан, Россия) — архитектор, инженер-төзүче, РСФСРның атказанган төзүчесе (1979). 1941-1944 елларда Казан авиация заводы архитекторы һәм бер үк вакытта СССР архитекторлар берлегенең Татарстан бүлеге рәисе. 1944-1959 елларда ТАССР МШның Төзелеш һәм архитектура эшләре идарәсе башлыгы; 1959-1975 елларда КПССның Татарстан өлкә комитетында төзелеш бүлеге мөдире (1975-1983 елларда мөдир урынбасары). Вәлиев проектлары белән Казанда «Татэнерго» бинасы (1950), Дәрвишләр бистәсендәге мәдәният сарае (1955), Яшел Үзән (1949-1950) һәм Казан (1950-1952) шәһәрләрендәге торак йортлар, һ.б.н. төзелә.[2]
