Yokohama Landmark Tower (Japonca: 横浜ランドマークタワ; Yokohama Randomāku Tawā), Japonya'nın en yüksek ikinci binası[1] ve en yüksek dördüncü yapısıdır. Bina, Minato Mirai 21 bölgesinde Yokohama Sanat Müzesi'nin yanında yer almaktadır. Bina, 296.3 metre yüksekliğinde olup 73 katlıdır. Yokohama Landmark Tower inşa edildiğinde Japonya'nın en yüksek binası olup bu unvanı 2012 yılında Abeno Harukas almıştır.[2]

Binanın 49-70 katlarında toplam 603 odalı bir beş yıldızlı otel bulunmaktadır.[1] Diğer alt katlarda ise mağazalar, restoranlar, klinikler ve ofisler bulunmaktadır. Binanın 71. katında karşısındaki köşelerinde gizli iki ayarlı kütle sönümleyici bulunmaktadır. 69. katta Sky Garden adlı gözlem yeri bulunmakta olup şehrin 360 derecelik görünümünü ve açık günlerde Fuji Dağı gözlemlenebilmektedir.

Bina, dünyanın en hızlı ikinci asansörlerine sahip olup 12,5 m/s (45.0 km/h)[1] hıza ulaşmaktadır. Bu hız ile asansör yaklaşık 40 saniye içinde 69. kata ulaşmaktadır.[3]
