Yen Press, LLC, ABD merkezli manga ve grafik roman distribütörü ve yayın şirketidir. Şirket, 2006 yılında Kurt Hassler ve Rich Johnson tarafından kurulmuş olup Kadokawa Corporation ve Hachette Book Group bünyesinde faaliyet göstermektedir. Şirketin merkezi New York'ta yer almaktadır.

Tarihçe

Yen Press, 2006 yılında eski Borders Group alıcısı Kurt Hassler ve DC Comics başkan yardımcısı Rich Johnson tarafından kuruldu.

Temmuz 2007'de, Yen Press'in Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde manhwa yayınlayan Koreli bir yayıncı olan ICEkunion'u bünyesine aldı.[1] Yen Press'in Yen Plus adlı çizgi roman dergisinin ilk sayısı 29 Temmuz 2008 tarihinde yayınlandı. Dergi sadece 2010 yılında çevrimiçi yayına girdi ve 2013 yılında tümüyle kullanımdan kaldırıldı.

2017 yılında Yen Press, orta sınıf okuyuculara yönelik grafik romanlar yayınlamak için bir baskı olan JY'yi piyasaya sürdü.[2]
