Sir William Stafford (d. 1500, Northamptonshire - ö. 5 Mayıs 1556, Cenevre), İngiliz bir asker. Kral VIII. Henry'nin 2. eşi Anne Boleyn'in kız kardeşi Mary Boleynin ikinci kocası. "Lord Chebsey" olarak da bilinir[2].

Hayatı

Humphrey Stafford'un oğluydu. Mary Boleyn'in dayısı Norfolk 3. dükü Thomas Howard'ın emrinde asker olarak çalışırken, Mary Boleyn ile tanıştı. Mary'le birbirinden hoşlanan Stafford, Mary'nin ailesinin karşı çıkmasına rağmen onunla evlendi ve Mary'nin ilk evliliğinden olan çocuklarıyla (Catherine Carey ve Henry Carey) Essex'teki çiftliğine yerleşti (1534). 1535'te küçük yaşta ölen Anne ve 1536'da 10 yaşında ölen Edward adlı 2 çocuğu oldu. Karısının 1543'te ölmesinden sonra Stafford 1. Baronu Henry'nin kızı Dorothy ile evlenen Stafford'un bu evlilikten 3 oğlu ve 2 kızı oldu.
