Neşeli Günler filminin soundtrack albümü 1965 yılında yayımlandı. Listelerde Haziran ayında bir numaraya yükselerek toplamda 70 hafta kaldı.^[1] Birleşik Krallık'ta 1965, 1966 yıllarında en büyük satışını yaparken 1968'de en büyük ikinci satışını yaptı. Neşeli Günler aynı zamanda Norveç listelerinde 73 hafta geçirerek ülkedeki en çok satan yedinci albüm oldu.^[2] Albümdeki tüm şarkıların aranjesini ve bestesini Irwin Kostal yaptı. 2005 ve 2010 yıllarında tekrar basımları yayımlandı.
