Norveç taht sıralaması

Bu sıralama Norveç'te Devlet Başkanı olma hakkı bulunan kişilerin sıralamasıdır.

Sıralama şu anda Anayasanın 6. Maddesi tarafından belirlenmekte olup, en son 1990 yılında Kral V. Harald'ın torunları arasında erkek tercihli değil mutlak primogenitür sağlamak üzere değiştirilmiştir. Kralın çocukları hala 1971-1990 yılları arasında norm olan erkek tercihli sıralamaya göre sıralanıyor; Veliaht Prens Haakon ve çocukları bu nedenle ablası Prenses Märtha Louise ve onun uygun torunlarına göre önceliklidir.

Sadece hüküm süren hükümdarın meşru torunları ve hüküm süren hükümdarın kardeşleri ve onların meşru torunları taht sıralamasında olabilir. Bununla birlikte, Kral'ın ablası Prenses Astrid ve onun soyundan gelenler, Kral'ın ölen en büyük kız kardeşi Prenses Ragnhild'in soyundan gelenler ile birlikte, 1971'den önce norm olan agnatik primogeniture nedeniyle veraset sıralamasından çıkarılmıştır.

Storting (Parlamento), bu sıralamada kimsenin olmaması durumunda, (kral hayattaysa) 7. madde veya (kral öldüyse) 48. madde uyarınca bir halef seçme hakkına sahiptir.

Norveç hükümdarının tahta çıkması (ve reşit olması) üzerine Anayasa'nın 9. Maddesi uyarınca Storting üyeleri önünde yemin etmesi gerekir.
