Makedonya Mücadelesi (Yunanca: Μακεδονικὸς Ἀγών Makedonikos Agon), 1893-1908 yılları arasında Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun Makedonya bölgesindeki Rumlar ve Bulgarlar arasında bir dizi toplumsal, siyasi, kültürel ve askeri çatışmalardır. Çatışma, Yunan, Bulgar ve Sırp örgütlerinin Makedonya'ya sahip olmak için savaştığı daha geniş bir isyan savaşının bir parçasıydı. Yavaş yavaş Yunan silahlı grupları üstünlük kazanırken, çatışmalar 1908'de Jön Türk Devrimi ile sona erdi.
