Garisi Muharebesi, 1556'da Garisi köyünde (bugünkü Tetritskaro ) Gürcü ve Safevi orduları arasında gerçekleşen muharebedir.

Bu çatışma, 1555'te Osmanlı ve Safevi imparatorlukları arasında imzalanan Amasya Antlaşması'nın bir sonucuydu. Bu barış anlaşması geride Osmanlı ve İran etki alanlarına bölünmüş parçalanmış bir Gürcistan Krallığı bıraktı. Kartli ve Kaheti krallıkları ve Samtshe Prensliği'nin doğu kısmı Tiflis'i halihazırda garnizon etmiş olan Safevilere bırakıldı.

Kartli'nin pes etmez kralı I. Luarsab, Amasya Antlaşması'nın şartlarını tanımayı reddetti ve Tiflis'teki Safevi garnizonunu endişelendirmeye devam etti. Bu, Luarsab'ın saltanatında dördüncü olan başka bir İran seferine yol açtı. Safevî kuvvetleri, Kızılbaşlar, Şah I. Tahmasb| tarafından Karabağ Beylerbeyi Şahverdi Han komutasına verildi.[1] 1556 yılında Kartli sınırını geçtiler. Lursab ve oğlu Simon, Garisi'de işgalcilerle karşılaştı. Gürcüler meydan savaşında Kızılbaş kuvvetlerini yenmeyi başardılar, ancak Luarsab muharebe sırasında öldürüldü.[2]
