François de Rugy

François de Rugy (2016)

François de Rugy (d. 6 Aralık 1973, Nantes) Fransız çevreci siyasetçi.

Paris Siyasal Bilgiler Enstitüsü'nden 1995 yılında mezun olmuştur. 1991 yılında Brice Lalonde'un Ekoloji Nesli partisine üye olmuş ve 1994 yılında partiden ayrılmıştır. 1997 yılında Yeşiller'e üye olmuştur. 1997 Fransa genel seçimlerinde Jean-Marc Ayrault'nun karşısına aday olarak çıkmış ancak seçimleri kaybetmiştir. 1997-2002 yıllarında Meclis Radikal-Yurttaş ve Yeşil Grubun (RCV) genel sekreter yardımcısı olmuştur. 2001 yılında Nantes Belediye Başkanı Jean-Marc Ayrault'nun ulaşımdan sorumlu yardımcısı olmuştur.

Milletvekilliği

2007 yılı itibarıyla Loire-Atlantique milletvekilidir. 2007-2012 yıllarında Cumhuriyetçi, Demokrat Sol Grup (Komünistler ve Yeşiller oluşturmuştur) kontenjanından meclis başkanlık divanında sekreter olarak görev almıştır. Ayrıca Yeşiller Meclis'te 2012 yılında grup kurunca grubun eş başkanı olmuştur. 27 Haziran 2017 tarihinde Meclis Başkanı seçilmiştir. 4 Eylül 2018 tarihinde ise Devlet Bakanı, Dayanışmacı ve Ekolojik Dönüşüm Bakanı olarak atanmıştır.[1]

Görüşleri

Loire-Atlantique'in Brötanya bölgesine dahil olmasını savunmaktadır. Ayrıca Notre-Dame-des-Landes'da Büyük Batı Havaalanı yapılmasına karşı çıkmaktadır.[2] Eşcinsel evliliği ve eşcinsellerin evlat edinmesini savunmaktadır. Ayrıca ne dindardır ne de dinlere inanmaktadır.
