Elvīra Anatoļjevna Ozoliņa (Rusça: Эльвира Анатольевна Озолина, d. 8 Ekim 1939), Leton-Sovyet cirit atıcı. 1960 Yaz Olimpiyatları'nda kaydettiği 55,98 metrelik derecesiyle Olimpiyat rekoru kırarak altın madalya kazanmıştı; bu başarısı üzerine Kızıl Bayrak İşçi Nişanı'na layık görüldü. 1960'ta önce 57,92 ve ardından 59,55 m, 1963'te ise 59,78 m atan sporcu, bu dereceleriyle üç yıllık dönemde üç kez dünya rekoru kırdı. 1964'te Sovyetler Birliği Şampiyonası'nda 61,38 m atan Ozoliņa, tarihte 60 metreyi geçen ilk kadın sporcu olmuştu ancak bu derece IAAF tarafından onaylanmadığı için dünya rekoru olarak kayda geçmedi. 1964 Yaz Olimpiyatları'na favori olarak giden sporcu, finalde son dört hakkında faul yaparak mücadeleyi beşinci bitirebilmişti. Ozoliņa 1959, 1961-62, 1964, 1966 ve 1973'te ülke şampiyonluğu yaşadı.[1][2]

Kişisel hayatı

Ozoliņa 1969'da, 1968 Yaz Olimpiyatları'nın cirit atma şampiyonu olan Jānis Lūsis ile evlendi. Çiftin oğulları Voldemārs Lūsis de 2000 ve 2004 Yaz Olimpiyatları'nda cirit atmada mücadele etti.[1]
