DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince, Batı Philadelphia'da kurulan bir Amerikalı Hip Hop grubudur. Grup, Vokalde tanınmış aktör Will Smith (The Fresh Prince) ve Dj olan Jeff Townes (DJ Jazzy Jeff) ikilisi tarafından kurulmuştur. Grup kurulduktan sonra Clarence Holmes ile güçlerini birleştirmiş ve yerel ünlüler olmuşlardır. Clarence Holmes gruba 1990 yılında katılmış ve ardından 1999 yılında gruba karşı dava açmıştır. Grubun ilk Grammy ödülü 1989 yılında "Parents Just Don't Understand" ile gelmiştir.
