Bir Meşerve (Arapça: بئر مشارڨة), Tunus'un Zağvan ilinde bulunan bir şehir ve belediyedir. Belediye, başkent Tunus'un güneyinde yer almaktadır. Yüzölçümü 305,9 km² olan belediyenin nüfusu 2020 yılı itibarı ile 15.741'dir.[2]

Bir Meşerve, özellikle başkentin endüstriyel faaliyetlerinin gevşemesine katılmakta olup Cebelü'l-Vast ile birlikte çok önemli bir çimento fabrikası da dahil olmak üzere ildeki üç önemli sanayi bölgesinden birine ev sahipliği yapmaktadır. Şehrin birkaç km uzaklıkta Bir Meşerve Barajı bulunmaktadır.
