Artur Silva, (d.1956) Gine-Bissaulu siyasetçi. Silva, Afrika ülkesi Gine-Bissau'da 30 Ocak 2018 ile 16 Nisan 2018 tarihleri arasında başbakanlık makamında bulunmuştur.

Önceli Umaro Sissoco Embaló iki hafta önce istifasının ardından 30 Ocak 2018 tarihinden resmî olarak makamdan ayrılması ile devlet başkanı José Mário Vaz tarafından yeni başbakan olarak atanmıştır.[1]

Silva, 2012 yılında darbe ile görevinden uzaklaştırılan Carlos Gomes Júnior hükûmetinde Eğitim Bakanlığı ve Dışişleri Bakanlığı görevlerinde bulunmuştur.[2]

Silva partisinin mecliste çoğunluğu kaybetmesi ile başbakanlık görevinden alınmış ve yerine Aristides Gomes atanmıştır.[3]
