1995 Avusturya yasama seçimleri, Sosyal Demokrat Parti (SPÖ) ve Avusturya Halk Partisi (ÖVP) arasındaki büyük koalisyonun, bütçe üzerindeki anlaşmazlıkları üzerine çökmesi sonucu 17 Aralık 1995 tarihinde yapılan Avusturya Ulusal Konseyi erken seçimleridir.[2] SPÖ seçimleri tekrar kazandı. Ancak çoğunluğu sağlayamadığı için ÖVP ile tekrar büyük koalisyonu kurdu. 5,768,099 kişi oy hakkına sahipti. Seçime katılım oranı 86.0% oldu.[3]
