Si Wario (ワリオ sa Nihonggo) ay isang kathang isip na karakter sa console ng larong bidyo ng Nintendo, ang Game Boy. Nilikha bilang kontrabida o katunggali ni Mario, siya naman ang tinuturing na bida sa kaniyang sariling laro. Una siyang lumabas sa isang laro noong 1992 sa Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins, bilang huling kalaban. Ibinoses ang karakter na ito ni Charles Martinet, na siya rin ang nagboses kina Mario, Luigi, at Waluigi.

Ang pangalan na Wario ay nagmula sa salitang hapon na warui (悪い) na nangangahulugang "masama"; kung magkagayon ay "masamang Mario". Sa Estados Unidos, kinakikitaan ang salitang Wario ng salitang "war", na nangangahulugan ng digmaan, at ang "W" nito ay binaliktad na titik M. Bilang si Wario, kumikilos siya nang salungat sa mga pagkilos o asta ni Mario.
