Ang Venafro (Latin: Venafrum ; Griyego: Οὐέναφρον) ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa lalawigan ng Isernia sa Katimugang Italyanong rehiyon ng Molise. Ito ay may populasyon na 11,079, na mabilis na lumawak sa panahon pagkatapos ng digmaan.
