Ang tiyanak (binabaybay ding tianak o tianac) ay isang nilalang na, sa mitolohiya ng Pilipinas, gumagaya sa anyo ng isang bata. Karaniwang nitong hinuhubog ang sarili bilang isang bagong silang na sanggol at umiiyak katulad nito upang mahikayat ang mga walang kamalay-malay na mga manlalakbay. Kapag dinampot ng isang biktima, nagbabalik ito sa tunay na kaanyuhan at aatakihin ang biktima. Tiyanak, ito yung tiyan na may anak.[1] Bukod sa paglaslas sa mga biktima, natutuwa rin ang tiyanak sa pagliligaw ng landas ng mga naglalakbay,[2] o pagdukot sa mga bata.[3]
