Ang Sub Pop ay isang record label na itinatag noong 1986 ni Bruce Pavitt at Johnathan Poneman. Nakamit ng Sub Pop ang katanyagan noong huling bahagi ng 1980s para sa pag-sign ng mga banda ng Seattle tulad ng Nirvana, Soundgarden, at Mudhoney, mga gitnang manlalaro sa kilusang grunge.[1] Madalas silang kredensyal sa pagtulong sa pag-popularize ng musika ng grunge. Ang Domestically Sub Pop ay naglabas ng dalawang mga album na napatunayan bilang platinum, para sa mga benta ng higit sa 1 milyong mga yunit, sa pamamagitan ng Recording Industry Association of America: Bleach by Nirvana at Give Up by The Postal Service.[2]
