Ang Staffolo ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Ancona sa rehiyon ng Marche ng Italya, na matatagpuan mga 35 kilometro (22 mi) timog-kanluran ng Ancona. Noong 31 Disyembre 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 2,304 at may lawak na 27.6 kilometro kuwadrado (10.7 mi kuw).[3]
