Ang Simbario (Calabres: Zimbarìu; Griyego: Symbarion, Synvarion) ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Vibo Valentia sa rehiyon ng Italya ng Calabria, na matatagpuan mga 40 kilometro (25 mi) timog-kanluran ng Catanzaro at mga 20 kilometro (12 mi) silangan ng Vibo Valentia.
Matatagpuan ito sa isang talampas, malapit sa mga bayan ng Spadola, at Brognaturo, at malapit sa sikat na bayan at Monasteryo ng Serra San Bruno.
Ang Simbario ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Brognaturo, Spadola, Cardinale, Pizzoni, Sorianello, Torre di Ruggiero, Vallelonga, at Vazzano.
