Shahada

Ang Shahada ay ang pangalan ng kredo ng Islam, at ito ay isang ritwal ng pagpapahayag ng pagkakaloob sa Diyos. Ginagawa ito ng mga Muslim at, bilang kapwa Musli

Ang Shahada ay ang pangalan ng kredo ng Islam, at ito ay isang ritwal ng pagpapahayag ng pagkakaloob sa Diyos. Ginagawa ito ng mga Muslim at, bilang kapwa Muslim, tinatanggap ng karamihan ng iba pang mga Muslim.

Binabasa ang buong pahayag bilang:

أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّٰهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ ٱللَّٰهِ (ʾašhadu ʾan lā ʾilāha ʾillā llāhu waʾašhadu ʾanna muḥammadan rasūlu llāhi) (sa Arabe)

Ako'y sumasaksi na walang ibang diyos na karapat-dapat sambahin maliban sa Diyos at ako'y sumasaksi na si Muhammad ay Sugo at Propeta ng Diyos (sa Tagalog)
