Ang Sefro ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Macerata sa rehiyon ng Marche ng Italya, na matatagpuan mga 70 kilometro (43 mi) timog-kanluran ng Ancona at mga 45 kilometro (28 mi) timog-kanluran ng Macerata . Noong 31 Disyembre 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 453 at isang lugar na 42.5 kilometro kuwadrado (16.4 mi kuw) .[3]
