Si Scott John Morrison (ipinanganak 13 Mayo 1968) ay isang pulitikong Australyano. Siya ang naging ika-30 Punong Ministro ng Australia mula 24 Agosto 2018 hanggang 23 Mayo 2022. Naglingkod din siya bilang Tesorero ng Australia mula 2015 hanggang 2018 at naging miyembro ng House Of Representatives magmula noong Nobyembre 2007. Inirerepresenta niya ang dibisyon ng Cook, New South Wales sa House of Representatives.
Tumakbo muli si Morrison noong halalang pederal noong 2022 pero kalaunan ay natalo ang kanyang kowalisyon sa Labor Party. Matapos nito, inanunsyo niya ang kanyang pagbitiw bilang lider ng Partidong Liberal.[1]
Maagang buhay at karera
Si Morrison ay isinilang noong Mayo 1968 sa Sydney, New South Wales mula sa isang pulis na si John Morrison at ang kanyang asawa.[2]
Nag-aral siya sa Sydney Boys Highschool at di-nagtagal pumasok din siya Unibersidad ng New South Wales kung saan nakuha niya ang digri para sa applied economic geography.[2]
Bago siya pumasok sa mundo ng politika, nagtrabaho si Morrison sa sektor ng turismo, isa na rito ang pagiging Direktor niya sa Opisina ng Turismo at Isport ng New Zealand. Pagkatapos ng apat na taon, naging state director siya ng Partidong Liberal ng Australia mula 2000 hanggang 2004, pinangasiwaan niya ang Turismo sa Australia.[2]
