Si Samuel Osborne Barber II[1] (Marso 9, 1910 – Enero 23, 1981) ay isang Amerikanong kompositor ng mga musikang pang-orkestra, opera, koro, at piano. Isa sa mga kilalang gawa niya ang Adagio for Strings, isang tugtugin para sa mga instrumentong pantugtuging may mga bagting. Malawak ang ginanapan niya bilang kompositor sa mga labis na lirikal na mga akda. Siya rin ang may gawa ng Vanessa.[1]
