Si Richard Allen (Pebrero 14, 1760 – Marso 26, 1831) ay isang Aprikano Amerikanong tagapagtatag ng Aprikanong Metodistang Episkopal na Simbahan. Itinatag niya ang simbahang ito sa Philadelphia, na naging isang sanhi o katalista para sa paglulunsad ng denominasyong nabanggit noong 1816.
