Ang Requiem ay isang lumang estilong serif na pamilya ng tipo ng titik na dinisenyo ni Jonathan Hoefler noong 1992 para sa magasin na Travel & Leisure at binenta ng kanyang kompanya na Hoefler & Frere-Jones.[1][2] Kinuha ang inspirasyon sa pamilya ng tipo ng titik mula sa nakasulat na kapital na matatagpuan sa manwal sa pagsusulat ni Ludovico Vicentino degli Arrighi noong 1523 na Il Modo de Temperare le Penne, at batay ang mga italiko sa kaligrapiya ng kansileriya, o cancelleresca corsiva noong panahon na iyon.[3]
