Ang reperendum[1], reperendo[2] (Latin: referendum) o plebisito[1] ay isang tuwid na halalan kung saan ang kabuuang elektorado ay nasangguni kung tanggap o tutol sa kanila ang bukod na panukala. Ito ay maaaring ang pagpapatibay ng bagong saligang-batas, mga pagbabago sa saligang-batas, batas, ang halalang pagsasatawag ng isang nahalal na opisyal o ang tiyak na patakaran ng pamahalaan.
