Ang Pohnpei (mula sa "sa ibabaw (pohn) ng batóng altar (pei)" (formerly known as Ponape) ay isang pulo sa Kapuluang Senyavin na bahagi ng higit na malaking pangkat ng Kapuluang Caroline. Bahagi ito ng Estado ng Pohnpei, isa sa apat na estado ng Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). Ang Palikir, na kabisera ng FSM, ay matatagpuan sa naturang pulo. Pohnpei rin ang pinakamalaki, pinakamtaaas, pinakamatao at pinakamaunlad na pulo ng FSM.

Sagana rin sa laksang-buhay ang Pohnpei. Isa ito sa pinakabasâng lugar sa daigdig na may naitataláng antas ng ulan na hihigit sa 7,600 milimetro (300 in) taon-taon sa ilang kabundukan. Sa Pohnpei at sa Kosrae lang matatapuan ang punong ka (Terminalia carolinensis).[1]
