Ang Pelago ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Kalakhang Lungsod ng Florencia sa Italyanong rehiyon ng Toscana, na matatagpuan mga 20 kilometro (12 mi) silangan ng Florencia. Noong 31 Disyembre 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 7,396 at may lawak na 54.8 kilometro kuwadrado (21.2 mi kuw) .[3]
Ang munisipalidad ng Pelago ay naglalaman ng mga frazione (mga pagkakahati, pangunahin ang mga nayon at pamayanan) ng Borselli, Carbonile, Consuma, Diacceto, Fontisterni, Magnale, Palaie, Paterno, Raggioli, San Francesco, at Stentatoio.
Si Lorenzo Ghiberti ay ipinanganak sa Pelago noong 1378.
