Ang pulo ng Patmos (Griyego: Πάτμος, binibigkas na: [ˈpatmos]) ay isang pulo o isla sa Dagat Egeo ng Gresya. Ito ang lokasyon kung saan isinulat ang Aklat ng Pahayag sa Bibliya. Ang Patmos ay isa sa pinakahilagang pulo ng kompleksong Dodecanese[2] at may populasyon 2,998 at lawak na 34.05 km2 (13.15 mi kuw). Ang pinakamataas na punto nito Profitis Ilias, 269 metro (883 tal) sa itaas ng lebel ng dagat. Ang munisipalidad ng Patmos na kinabibilangan ng mga pulo ng Arkoi (pop. 44), Marathos (pop. 5) at ilang mga hindi tinitirhan islota ay may kabuuang populasyon na 3,047 (2011 senso)[3] at may pinagsamang lawak ng lupain na 45.039 kilometro kuwadrado (17.390 mi kuw).[4] Ito ay bahagi ng unit na pang-rehiyon ng Kalymnos.
