Ang Otomen (オトメン(乙男)) ay isang manga na Hapon na may temang komedyang romantiko[1] na likha ni Aya Kanno, na nagsimula sa Bessatsu Hana to Yume noong huling bahagi ng 2006 at natapos noong 26 Nobyembre 2012.[2] Ang seryeng ito ang pinakamabentang shōjo sa Amerika, simula noong nilisenya ng Viz Media.[3] Nakalisenya din ang serye sa Pransya ng Delcourt at sa Espanya ng Planeta DeAgostini.
