Sa mitolohiyang Griyego, si Orestes (IPA: /ɒˈrɛstiːz/; Sinaunang Griyego: Ὀρέστης [oˈrestɛːs]) ay ang anak na lalaki nina Clytemnestra at Agamemnon. Siya ang paksa ng ilang Sinaunang mga dulang Griyego at ng samu't saring mga mito na may kaugnayan sa kanyang kabaliwan at pagpapadalisay o puripikasyon, na nagpanatili ng tagong bakas ng mga mas nauna pa.[1]

Ang pangalang Orestes ay may pinag-ugatang ὄρος (óros), "bundok". Ang metaporikong kahulugan ng pangalang ito ay ang tao "na nakapananakop ng mga bundok".
