Ang karaniwang obena[1], abena[2], owt o ot[3] (Ingles: oat[4]; pangalang pang-agham: Avena sativa) ay isang uri ng halamang pinagkukunan ng butil at ginagawang mga angkak. Bagaman nakakain ng tao ng mga ito bilang otmil, isa pa sa kalimitang gamit nito ang pakain bilang darak para sa mga hayop. Ginagamit itong pagkain para sa mga kabayo, baka, manok o poltri, at hinahalo rin sa mga may-tatak na pagkain ng mga aso. Maaari ding tumukoy ang obena sa mga halamang na nasa saring Avena (o "ang mga obena").
