Ang Noktundo (Koreano: 녹둔도, Ruso: Ноктундо) ay isang dating pulo sa delta ng Ilog Tumen sa hangganang nasa pagitan ng Primorsky Krai at Hilagang Korea.[1] Ang kabuuan ng pulo ay 32 sq. km. (12 sq. mi).[2]

Noong ika-15 siglo, nabibilang sa Dinastiyang Joseon ng Korea ang Noktundo. Noong 1587 nagkaroon ng labanan sa pulong iyon sa pagitan ng mga Jurchen at mga lokal na gwarnisyon sa ilalim ni Yi Sun-sin, isang pambansang bayani ng Korea.

Sa panahon ng pagbabaw ng hilagang sanga ng Tumen, nagbago ang pag-agos at anyo ng ilog habang nalipas ang mga nagdaang panahon. At dahil doon, isinasama minsan ang pulo ng Noktundo sa pinaka-lupain ng Primorsky Krai. Ganoon pa man, nanatiling nasa ilalim ng pamamahalang Koreano ang yaong pulo.
