Ang nautilus (mula sa Latin na anyo ng orihinal na sinaunang Griyego: ναυτίλος, 'marino') ay isang pelagika mollusk ng pandagat ng pamilya na cephalopod na Nautilidae, ang tanging natitirang pamilya ng superfamily na Nautilaceae at ng mas maliit ngunit malapit na pantay na suborder, na Nautilina.

Ang kauna-unahan at pinakamatandang Chambered Nautilus na natagpuan na makikita sa Pambansang Museo.

Binubuo ito ng anim na nabubuhay na espesye sa dalawang genera, ang uri nito ay ang genus na Nautilus. Kahit na mas partikular itong tumutukoy sa mga species na Nautilus pompilius, ang pangalan chambered nautilus ay ginagamit din para sa alinman sa mga Nautilidae.
