Ang isang mudrā (IPA: /muːˈdrɑː/; Sanskrit: मुद्रा "selyo", "marka", o "galaw"; Tibetan. ཕྱག་རྒྱ་, chakgya) ay isang simboliko o ritwal na galaw sa Hinduismo at Budismo.[1] Bagaman ang ilang mga mudrā ay kinasasangkutan ng buong katawan, ang karamihan ay isinasagawa ng mga kamay at mga daliri.[2] Ang mudrā ay isang espiritwal na galaw at isang selyong enerhitiko ng autentisidad na ginagamit sa ikonograpiya at kasanayang espiritwal ng mga relihyong Indian at mga tradisyon ng Dharma at Taoismo. Ang isang daan at walong mga mudra ang ginagamit sa mga regular na tantrikong ritwal.[3]

Sa yoga, ang mga mudrā ay ginagamit kasabay ng pranayama(na mga yogikong ehersisyong paghinga) na pangakalahatan habang nakaupo sa isang oosturang Padmasana, Sukhasana o Vajrasana upang pukawin ang iba't ibang mga bahagi ng katawan na nasasangkot sa paghinga at upang apektuhan ang padaloy ng prana sa katawan.
