Ang Monterchi ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Arezzo sa rehiyon ng Tuscany ng gitnang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 80 kilometro (50 mi) timog-silangan ng Florencia at mga 20 kilometro (12 mi) silangan ng Arezzo Nakatayo ito sa hilagang bahagi ng Valtiberina (Ang Lambak ng Tiber), ang lambak kung saan dumadaloy ang Ilog Tiber mula Emilia-Romagna (kung saan ito nagmula sa Bundok Fumaiolo) patungo sa Roma. Ang lambak ay dumadaan sa Romagna, Toscana, at Umbria, kahanay sa Lambak Casentino.
