Ang Mazzarrone (Siciliano: Mazzarruni) ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Kalakhang Lungsod ng Catania sa Italyano rehiyon Sicilia, na matatagpuan mga 160 kilometro (99 mi) timog-silangan ng Palermo at mga 70 kilometro (43 mi) timog-kanluran ng Catania.
May hangganan ang Mazzarrone sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Acate, Caltagirone, Chiaramonte Gulfi, at Licodia Eubea. Kilala ito sa produksiyon ng mga ubas pangmesa na pinangalan dito, ang Mazzarrone na ubas.
