Ang Maseru ay ang kabisera at ang pinakamalaking lungsod ng Lesotho. Kabisera din ito ng Distrito ng Maseru. Matatagpuan sa Ilog Caledon, diretsong matatagpuan ang Maseru sa hangganan ng Lesotho at Timog Aprika. Noog senso ng 2016, nagkaroon ang Maseru ng 330,760 populasyon. Naitatag ang lungsod bilang isang kampo ng pulis at naitalaga bilang kabisera pagkatapos maging tagapagtanggol ng Imperyong Britaniko ang bansa noong 1869. Nang matamo ng bansa ang kalayaan noong 1966, nanatili ang Maseru bilang kabisera. Isang salitang Sesotho ang pangalan ng lungsod na nangangahulugang "pulang areniska".[1][2]
