Mga Barangay
Ang bayan ng Libacao ay nahahati sa 25 na mga barangay. Ngunit may mga issue ito sa Teritoryo. Ang Sitio Maytaraw na sakop nito, na nasa malayong dulo at boundary ng Calinog, Iloilo ay nasa loob ng Teritoryo ng Bayan ng Tapaz, Capiz. Ang Brgy Dalagsa-an at ang Sitio Taroytoy ng (Brgy Manika) ay nasa loob naman ng Teritoryo ng bayan ng Jamindan, Capiz. [3]
