Ang itak, tinatawag din na bolo at balisong, ay isang malaking kagamitan para sa pagputol na nagmula sa Pilipinas at katulad ng machete. Ginagamit din ito sa mga gubat ng Indonesia, at sa mga tanim ng asukal sa Cuba.

Pangunahing ginagamit ang itak sa pag-imis ng mga halaman, para sa agrikultura[1] o para sa paggawa ng bagong daan sa bundok o gubat. Ginagamit din ang itak sa sining pandigmang Pilipino o sa arnis bilang bahagi ng pagsasanay.[2][3]
