Si Davis ay ang bunsong anak nina Warwick Davis (ipinanganak noong 1970) at Samantha Burroughs (ipinanganak noong 1971). Siya ay may nakakatandang kapatid na babae na ang ngala’y Annabelle at mayroon din siyang mga nakakatandang kapatid na lalake na ang mga ngala’y Lloyd at George na pumanaw sa murang gulang. Namana niya ang sakit na spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenita from mula sa kanyang ama.[3][4]

Noong 2011, Si Davis ay lumabas sa Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 bilang Magic Goblin.[5]
